Plan Review…

Jen Cobb, Engineering & Environmental Services Division Director, submitted a generous email to recognize Steve Bandura, Plan Reviewer for the Department of Public Works. Steve is a 30+ year Henrico veteran and has done an exceptional job spearheading high priority plan reviews such as Facebook and the county’s new communication towers. He takes the time to walk other staff, developers, and engineers through critical parts of the plan review process, in order to grant approval as quickly as possible within the constraints of regulations.
