Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, Oct. 21 to discuss the responsibilities of homeowners’ and civic associations and to provide an overview of Henrico County’s foster care program.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave.
Thornton will be joined by Paul Johnson, community maintenance manager with the Department of Community Revitalization, and Gretchen Brown, division manager for child welfare programs with the Department of Social Services.
