Henrico libraries, recreation centers, waste facilities to close at 5 p.m.

Henrico County libraries and recreation centers will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 5 due to the winter weather.

The Springfield Road and Charles City Road public use areas and the Shane Road Recycling Center also will close at 5 p.m.
