Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, March 31 to discuss Henrico County’s land-use and major thoroughfare plans.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave. Representatives of the departments of Planning and Community Revitalization will join Thornton for the presentation. A question-and-answer period will follow.
