In anticipation of the impending winter storm, the Henrico County Planning Commission will convene a special session at 2:30 p.m. today to cancel and reschedule its regular monthly meeting, set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13. The Planning Commission also will consider deferral of the Capital Improvement Plan meeting.
