The Henricopolis Board of Directors is comprised of 5 members, 3 of whom are elected in the general public election. The Board also appoints Associate Directors to serve as an advisory and support role to the Board. The Board of Directors meets every third Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Meetings are in the Board Room of the Henrico County Human Services Building at 8600 Dixon Powers Drive. Board meetings are open to the public.

Notice of Filing Nominating Petitions, Declaration of Candidacy and Certificate of Candidate Qualification
An election of Directors for the Henricopolis Soil and Water Conservation District will be held in the general election on November 3, 2015. The District serves the County of Henrico. Candidates for elected directors must reside within the boundary of Henrico County. Three directors shall be elected to represent all the citizens within the county. Persons who wish to file as candidates for the office district director must fully complete and file the requisite nominating petition, statement of qualification, and declaration of candidacy with the general registrar of Henrico County by June 9, 2015.
