Fitness & Wellness Classes
The Fitness & Wellness Division offers an active schedule of fitness classes including yoga, pilates, zumba, indoor cycling, step aerobics, sports conditioning, and walking/running group training. The Division also offers fitness training services to general government employees to help set and achieve personal fitness and wellness goals.
