The Henrico County Fitness & Wellness Program is administered by the Department of Human Resources and offers FREE fitness and wellness services to permanent Henrico County employees. Being active and physically fit improves the overall health and well-being of the Henrico County employee population. Through the Fitness & Wellness program, you can exercise on your own using the equipment in the weight room, attend fitness classes, or schedule a fitness training appointment with a staff Fitness Trainer.
