This division of the Department of Human Resources is responsible for all employee relations issues including, but not limited to, grievances, EEO reporting and complaints, discipline, separation from employment, use and application of Rules and Regulations, employee and employer assistance for employment related matters, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), service awards and recognition, and turnover reporting.
