On November 8th, Henrico County voters will head to the polls not only to elect our next president, but to vote on a bond referendum that will fund capital improvement projects throughout the county.
On the back of the ballot, voters will be asked to mark “yes” or “no” on five referendum questions. Each question, if approved by a majority of voters, would authorize Henrico to issue general obligation bonds to make improvements to various public facilities — specifically in the categories of schools, parks, libraries, fire stations and roads.
