Public Works crew of 13; Community Revitalization Inspector

In September, County Manager John Vithoulkas recognized several county employees for exemplary performance and service to Henrico residents. A Public Works crew composed of John Askew, Monte Brown, Anthony Burrell, James Chatman, James Flemmons, Taylor Guy, Glenn Hicks, Clayton Jefferson, Jeff Kirk, David Madison, Mike McLaughlin, Duwayne Ooft, and Wilhelmenia Reid cleared a fallen tree that was blocking a roadway, two residential yards and a driveway.

Community Revitalization Inspector Mark Ballos quickly resolved a code violation involving an illegally parked tractor trailer in a county neighborhood and helped rescue a resident suffering a diabetic attack.

These staff members have been inducted into the Henrico County Manager’s Circle of Excellence in Public Service.
